ABC Kitchen is definitely one of the trendiest restaurants in NYC.  One of the Michelin star Jean-Georges' most famous spot in the city. Offering an award winning cuisine that is healthy, artistic, and with fresh ingredients from farm-to-table.
Happened to have dinner surrounded by John Mayer, Katy Perry, and Amanda Pete.

Superfoods


Healthy is the new Chic! People are becoming more and more concerned about improving their diets and eating nutritious foods. Making small changes in your diet can really help improve your health, increase your self-esteem and boost your energy.

But hey wait a minute! What are these superfoods? Superfoods are thought to be health promoting foods because they contain higher amounts of one or several beneficial components such as vitamins, and antioxidants. Sounds good? Now what are those foods?

It has now become common practice to fortify foods with vitamins and minerals. Usually those artificially nutrient rich foods also contain high amounts of added sugars, sodium, and saturated fat because they are processed. What's the problem? Well there is no proper labeling system that helps us, as consumers, to differentiate and identify foods that are NATURALLY nutrient rich from those that are not.

What now? Having a Superlifestyle instead of consuming a limited amount of superfoods!
